You'll receive a minimum 45-minute-long recording of your interview on a personal, password-protected webpage. The page is valid for three months, during which time you can download your MemoryLine and add more interviews if you want. Let us know if you would like to keep your webpage active after the three months and we'll sign you up for a reasonable monthly subscription plan.

We conduct interviews by Zoom. You'll need a stable internet connection and a quiet place with minimal reverberance, such as one with a carpeted bedroom or closet, so that we can get the best possible recording quality. After that, relax and look forward to having a great conversation!

We technically enhance your audio so that it is of excellent listening quality. That said, we do minimal editing to the interview's content. We find that your interview's dynamism helps capture the nuances of your personality and the way you communicate, which will undoubtedly be treasured by future generations.

The questions we ask depend on the information you submit on the pre-interview form. Each interview tends to cover 8-12 great questions. Here are some examples: What stories have you heard about your birth? What was your neighborhood like growing up? How did you meet your significant other? Why did you choose your career? What has been the most challenging and rewarding part of raising a family? What is your favorite part of being a grandparent?

We are experts at efficiently and effectively getting your loved one to reflect on your stories. We are empathetic, skilled, listen intently, and ask the kinds of questions that elicit rich responses.
